You just use the ask box or the submit box. You can either send them as an anon or not, as well as with an image you may want with your confession (use submit box if you want to use a specific image).

Hey guys! So sorry for the lag in updates! I was away for the holidays and was a lazy bum  so I could not update. School started again so I have to get my books together and such. Hopefully I will get through the confessions on the weekend. -Mod Kass
